For them, the Huawei operating system would be ready to be launched for the Chinese market by the end of 2019. However, the international launch of this software must be expected by the year 2020.

Huawei is just a few months away from the Chinese launch. This is why the application of “Huawei Hongmeng” to be registered as a trademark has been applied in China. But for the European markets, the patent application has been given by the name of Huawei Ark. This shows that the Huawei operating system for the Chinese market and for the rest of the world would be differently named.
South Korea, Canada, New Zealand, and a few other countries are also on the list where Huawei has submitted the patent applications already.
